Channeling energy from hyperactive environments, hard techno, drum and bass, Shigecki crafts sci-fi fantasy utopias through his music. Shigecki acts as the boundless creative project that extends beyond medium, cultivating collaborators that build his work through virtual storytelling. A musical chameleon, Shigecki bends genres and crosses sonic rules through his experimentation with everyday technology. In 2021, he released his first EP, Growing Pains and has since metamorphosed into an artist/DJ to watch. Shigecki has produced and written with A.G. Cook, Caro (of Planet 1999), CLIP, Alaska Reid, and Namasenda.
